During the month of August, Athletic Lab South Wake in Holly Springs, NC will host several pop-up classes outside of our regularly scheduled class offerings. These are great opportunities to combine fitness and fun and become a part of our amazing community.

Zumba Pop-Up Classes

On August 13th and 27th we will have pop-up Zumba classes at 7 pm. Free for members and $5.00 for non members. These classes will meet in our Yoga studio room. Zumba combines Latin and International music with dance moves, alternating fast and slow rhythms. Zumba is perfect for everyone!

Zumba is a popular fitness program that combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Approximately 15-million people take weekly Zumba classes in over 200,000 locations across 180 countries.

WOD & Wine Ladies Night

Join us for a fun Ladies-only evening getting to know each other before a short workout of the day (WOD). This event is free for members and $5 for non members. We’ll have a specially programmed WOD  that will scale to all fitness levels. We’ll also have a “Pop -Up” boutique featuring ZIYA Active, an active lifestyle brand for both men and women, and end the evening with a glass of wine.

Morning Hatha Yoga

A 45 minute Hatha Yoga class lead by Jillian Madren will be available to members on [Friday] August 16th, 23rd, and 30th at 5:45 am.
