Athletic Lab South Wake in Holly Springs, NC will be modifying the regular Wednesday Performance Fitness weekly schedule effective Wednesday October, 16. The schedule will update to the following:

  • 5:30 am – Endurance
  • 6:30 am – SwOly
  • 9:30 am – SwOly
  • 5:00 pm – Pure Kettlebell
  • 5:30 pm – Endurance
  • 6:30 pm – CrossFit
