We understand joining a new gym can be intimidating. That’s why we’ve created the Foundations program to help new members begin their fitness journey in the safest and most effective way possible.

Whether you’re starting your fitness journey or getting back in to it, our Foundations course is for you.

  • This 4 week introductory course is designed for prospects and new members. The program will introduce new members to our Performance Fitness program with the goal of preparing our new members to seamlessly transition in to our full classes.

  • The first 2 weeks of the Foundations course will take place in a small group environment with others in the Foundations program. You will be taught our most commonly used exercises in a sequential and progressive format that is perfect for everyone from beginners to experienced athletes looking to refresh their technique. You’ll also perform scaled versions of our full workouts and learn  facility etiquette and protocols.

  • Once the first 2 weeks are completed, members may attend any of our normally scheduled Performance Fitness classes as often as they would like for 2 additional weeks.

Week 1 Foundations Schedule

  • Foundations Day 1: Either Monday at 7 pm OR Tuesday at 7 am
  • Foundations Day 2: Either Wednesday at 7 pm OR Thursday at 7 am

Week 2 Foundations Schedule

  • Foundations Day 3: Either Monday at 7 pm OR Tuesday at 7 am
  • Foundations Day 4: Either Wednesday at 7 pm OR Thursday at 7 am

Week 3 & 4 Foundations Schedule

  • Members may attend any of our regularly scheduled Performance Fitness classes as often as they would like
  • The Foundations course begins every 2 weeks on the first and third Monday of each month

  • Signups for the program must occur at least 24 hours before the start of a given Foundations program

  • All 4 Foundations days are sequential and required

  • RSVPs are required for classes during the first 2 weeks of Foundations
