This program offers you the opportunity to train with other people who take their performance related fitness seriously. All training is done under the supervision of world-class training specialists to maximize your health and develop elite fitness levels. This program will push you to your limits and give you more energy and a new vitality. The class is 55 minutes long and has limited enrollment.
The Endurance program offers you the opportunity to do a more aerobically based training session involving aspects of strength and metabolic conditioning from CrossFit. All training is done under the supervision of world-class training specialists. The workout will incorporate a running workout in addition to a bodyweight strength / endurance workout. Senza is an exciting class that is Athletic Lab’s twist on bootcamp style training. Senza is the Italian word for ‘without’ which represents the simplicity of this new class. The class will be taught without barbells, without technical weightlifting movements, without the competition to turn in the top time of the day, and without pretense. The fast paced and up-tempo 45 minute training session will focus on bodyweight exercises, lighter kettlebell movements as well as other less threatening equipment like medicine balls and sand bags. The class is the perfect fit for those looking to get back in the gym after a long absence or members who want a break from the normal competitive atmosphere of our other Performance Fitness classes.
Description:Our SwOly class is mix of Olympic weightlifting and traditional bodybuilding style training. The first half of the class is focused on athletic power development using weightlifting movements like the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. The second half of the session is dedicated to bodybuilding exercises and methods. It’s the perfect class for people who are looking to develop a strong athletic looking body.
This fun and up-tempo 30 minute class focuses on doing continuous kettlebell flows. You’ll learn new and challenging kettlebell movements while getting in a great workout that builds strength and fitness.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise with asanas (postures) that are held around two minutes. The poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
